supporting photos of damage: either in shipping, packages or mis-prints-and we will follow
up promptly with a resolution.
Due to the nature of some custom made items made on request( I can design custom products)
after approval of proof-however, no refunds are the policy. However damaged items in shipping or
quality printed issues will be addressed quickly and with full respect, speed and utmost care.
